FLAT ROOF INSTALLATION
We Install three layer high performance torch-on felt. The first layer has holes throughout the felt. This allows any vapour build up to be dispersed - a vital start for any flat roof. The second layer (2mm) is then evenly pulled with a roller and propane torch across the roof. This is completed in lifts until the roof is covered. The third and final layer of SBS high performance grooved Tecnatorch 4.5mm Elastomeric Modified Bitumin 'torch-on' felt (talc).Install three layer high performance torch-on felt. Our flat roofing department is one of the best and most competitive on the market.A poor conditioned flat roof can start to cost you money with internal damage if not taken care of.
Once the old flat roof is stripped back to existing boards we start with loosely tacked layer of 3B felt
This is followed by sticking a layer of 2mm bonding felt, which is heated using a felting torch.
Finally this is finished with a high performance mineral capsheet.
